Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital ticket. You can also access your tickets at any time via the Eventsalta Mobile App or by logging into your account on our website.

Refund policies are set by the individual event organizer, not by Eventsalta. You can view the specific policy on the event listing page. If you need a refund, you can request it directly through your "Orders" tab.

In most cases, yes! If the organizer has enabled ticket transfers, you can update the attendee information in your account settings under "Edit Order."

If you experience any technical difficulties while registering for an event, please contact our support team via email or live chat. Provide details about the issue, including any error messages you received, and we will assist you promptly.

We recommend going green! You can simply show the QR code on your mobile device via the Eventsalta App or your confirmation email for a quick, contactless check-in.

If an event is cancelled, organizers are generally required to issue a refund. If it is postponed, your ticket will usually remain valid for the new date. You will receive an automated notification via email with instructions for either scenario.
